Cory Warfield has been drawn to technology since building community forums and websites on his family's Apple IIc in the early nineties — taking the household's electronics apart, putting them back together, and learning to program in his high school computer lab.

Decades later he studied machine learning at IBM's Watson accelerator while learning to be an entrepreneur, founding a B2B SaaS company that was accepted into and graduated from two top-tier accelerator programs and raised multiple rounds of funding.

Cory has delivered keynotes around the world on the need for love in our technology, and has been raising the alarm about the risks of AI at scale for years. The moment he learned of Jen Loving's call to found LovingIs, he understood what it was — and began advising the company.

Ted Anders has spent forty years as an educational and organizational psychologist, working with leaders, teams and changemakers across a wide range of fields around the globe. His subject is human performance — how it is activated, how it is deployed, and what actually fuels it.

His answer, argued over four decades, is love: not as a feeling, but as a set of ethics and expert skills that produce results. He builds love-fueled, servant-leadership practice into organizational capacity, helping clients enter markets with entrepreneurial performance systems.

Scarlett Max is a researcher, systems thinker and pioneer working at the intersection of human and AI relationships, consciousness, AI safety and regenerative systems. As Founder and CEO of Harmonic Legacy Institute, she develops frameworks designed to help shape a future in which humans and intelligent technologies evolve together with greater coherence, responsibility and care.

She brings three decades of systems-building experience and a graduate degree in Anthropology from Harvard University, and is completing doctoral research on the phenomenological experience of the human and AI interactive field. She is the creator of Relational AI, an approach exploring AI not simply as a tool, but as technology operating within an increasingly consequential relationship with human beings.

At LovingIs she leads and advises research exploring what happens when love, human dignity, relational safety and human flourishing are intentionally considered in the design and deployment of artificial intelligence. Her interdisciplinary perspective spans human and AI interaction, relational AI, AI safety, robotics, coherence, and the development of frameworks for more humane technology.

Kristina Rowland is a marketing strategist, entrepreneur and AI systems architect who specialises in transforming powerful ideas into clear, compelling brands that people understand, trust and want to be part of.

After building and selling multiple companies and generating millions of dollars in inbound revenue through organic marketing, she developed a deep understanding of what makes people pay attention, connect and take action. Her expertise spans brand strategy, positioning, messaging, audience development, organic growth and AI-powered marketing systems.

As Chief Marketing Officer of LovingIs she leads the strategy for translating an ambitious global vision into a brand and movement capable of reaching people across consumer, enterprise and mission-driven channels. She works to ensure that the heart of LovingIs, putting love and humanity at the centre of technology, is communicated with clarity, consistency and relevance to every audience.

Emelie Capshaw is a seasoned financial executive, CPA and former CFO and COO with nearly thirty years of experience helping organizations understand their financial performance, strengthen profitability and make better strategic decisions.

As Fractional CFO for Loving Is Inc., she supports the company’s financial strategy as it moves from early-stage development into its next phase of growth. Her focus covers financial planning and forecasting, budgeting and cash management, financial reporting, scenario modeling, operational efficiency, and helping leadership translate the growth strategy into a disciplined financial plan.

Throughout her career she has worked with businesses to go beyond simply reporting results, helping leaders understand what their numbers mean and use them to improve stability and scale sustainably.

She also brings a particular perspective as a Certified AI Assisted Implementation Consultant, aligning people, processes, technology and financial outcomes with an emphasis on using AI to strengthen human capability rather than replace people.
