What Nova may and may not be used for, and what happens if those limits are broken.
What Nova is not
Nova is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice or crisis support. This section must say so plainly and point to real emergency resources.
Your content
Who owns what you write, what licence we need in order to operate the service, and what we will never do with it.
Availability and changes
No guarantee of uninterrupted service; how and when these terms may change and how you will be told.
Ending your account
How you close it, how we may suspend it, and what happens to your data afterwards.
Liability and governing law
Limits of liability, and the jurisdiction whose law applies.
